The president of the (Supreme Federal Court), classified this Friday (10) as “different understandings” the disputes exchanged between court ministers during the trial on the elections for the buffer mandate in .
The minister criticized comments that he considered generalized about institutional degradation in Rio de Janeiro. The investigations into Daniel Vorcaro’s bank affect members of the Supreme Court, generating a crisis in the court.
“I imagine that the entire panel obviously has different understandings. Reporters, when they are in the newspaper’s editorial office, do not all have the same understanding of the same facts. In other words, while we await the publication of the agreement of the Superior Electoral Court, the Supreme Court understood that the acting governor is the president of the State Court of Justice. This is the decision of the Supreme Court yesterday, which is up to me and the president to comply with and I will do so”, he said, alongside Couto.
The interim governor did not give an interview to the press at the scene.
