Amstetten – Austria Lustenau really heated up the title race in the 2nd football league with a win in the hit against SKN St. Pölten. The Vorarlbergers celebrated a 3-0 home win in the 25th round on Friday and took over the top of the table from SKN, who were tied on points, with 44 points. Mame Wade with a brace (12th, 17th) and Mohamed-Amine Bouchenna (89th) caused Lustenau to celebrate. Amstetten stumbled in the title race with a 2-3 defeat against bottom team Bregenz.
