The Swiss government recently banned arms exports to the US government – citing the US’s neutrality and war against Iran. New permits for exports will therefore be stopped and existing ones should be checked. The Federal Council said in a statement at the end of March that the export of war material to participating states could not be approved for the duration of the hostilities.
