The creation of the list brought together a broad process of qualified listening, which resulted in 236 different names voted, coming from 206 different organizations, including companies, associations, state-owned companies and suppliers in the sector. Aberje’s executive team, members of the entity’s Boards, members of LiderCom (Aberje’s group that brings together the C-Level leadership of members) and LiderCom Next (which brings together Communication managers and coordinators) participated in the vote, as well as the winners of the Communicator of the Year award – Aberje 2025 Award and the Chapter directors (Aberje’s regional representations) with current mandate.

“It is an initiative to highlight professionals who have presented relevant careers in the field of corporate communication in Brazil, not just in the teams where they are today”, says Hamilton dos Santos, executive director of Aberje. “With the support of InfoMoney, we expand the projection and celebrate both evolving talents and trajectories that have already demonstrated impact”, he concludes.

In line with the purpose of the initiative to highlight names on upward trajectories – that represent excellence, innovation and impact –, the list symbolically adopts the concept of “High Flyers”, professionals of different ages who stand out for their consistent performance, growing visibility and leadership potential in corporate communication.
