Vienna – The new Hervis owners, Sven Voth and Udo Schloemer, have sold the foreign business with 43 branches to an unnamed investor. Of these, 21 locations are in Slovenia, 18 in Croatia and 4 in Germany. “No information is being provided” about the “exact identity of the investor” or financial details of the sale, it said in a release on Monday.
