One person died and seven others were injured after a trolley left the road and crashed into a supermarket in Salzburg, Austria, according to the Austrian Red Cross.
“One person died despite resuscitation attempts”a spokeswoman for the Red Cross told the France-Presse news agency (AFP).
Os seven injured were transported to hospitaltwo of which are in serious condition, added the same source.
According to the Austrian newspaper it is estimated that another 25 to 30 people were affected, including passengers, pedestrians and supermarket customers.
As authorities did not immediately provideany details about the fatal victim, nor about the unfolding of the accidentwhich occurred at an intersection in the north of the city.
One large number of rescue teams went to the sceneaccording to AFP.
