Linz – After a break of several weeks, the abuse of office trial against ÖVP club chairman August Wöginger and two tax officials will continue in Linz from Tuesday. The defendants are accused of having given an ÖVP mayor the board position in the Braunau tax office in 2017 for party political reasons. A verdict is expected to be handed down on May 4th.
