Vienna – After the Falter yesterday Monday published chat excerpts between the dismissed ORF general director Roland Weißmann and the woman who accused her of this misconduct, Weißmann’s lawyer Oliver Scherbaum has now announced a lawsuit for an injunction against the Viennese weekly newspaper. This was reported by Ö1Evening journal. Legal action is also being examined against people who took part in “the shitstorm” with postings after publication.
