This Friday (24th), around R$1.2 billion is expected to be released to carry out works in municipalities across the country.
There are more than 500 service orders for immediate execution in 505 cities across the country. The Ministry of Health says that the amounts will be used in the construction of Basic Units, care centers and rehabilitation of people with disabilities.
According to the ministry, the resource will guarantee service for more than 10 million people.
The action has been called “Health Pix” because it states that the money will go into the city halls’ accounts in one go.
The government says that 85% of the Novo works are underway or have already been completed. The action is also part of the Agora Tem Especialistas program.
