It is said that today’s fathers are more and more involved in raising children. They help, drive to school, sometimes cook or sleep. But the reality in many households is still different. The main burden of daily care lies on the woman’s shoulders. She handles an endless round of duties, from morning chaos to evening bedtime. In the process of education, the man is often seen as the one who “helps”, while the woman is the one who “knows”.
This model works relatively smoothly until the mother is taken out of the equation. Only when a man is left completely alone with a child, a household and an endless carousel of needs, does the hard impact of reality come. He suddenly discovers that it is not just “watching”, but a continuous and exhausting job without a break. It is then that many realize how difficult it is to be a mother.
Moderator Viktor Vincze tried it himself. He and his wife Adela Vinczeová are the proud parents of two children. At the turn of 2022 and 2023, they brought home their adopted son Maxík, who will turn four in June. In March 2026, the couple surprised with the news that their family had grown with another member – daughter Lujza.
During the Covid-19 epidemic, Vincze decided to fulfill his big dream of becoming a pilot. In August 2024, he officially got a job at an airline company, and after leaving Markíza TV, he devoted himself to it fully. During the period when the Vinczes brought their daughter Lujza home, Viktor put flying on the back burner.
“I don’t fly because I would have to be away from my family for long periods of time, specifically for three weeks out of every month. And slowly, every man I meet now tells me that he would trade any career success at any time to be back home with the kids when they were little. It is a unique period that cannot be returned or repeated,” Vincze stated for .
Adela, on the other hand, has advanced in her career by leaps and bounds. With her show Adela, she switched to an online paid platform in a slightly different way, and in March, Czech television began broadcasting her new talk show. Due to filming, it may happen that Adela has to travel for a few days and Viktor will be left alone with the children.
It also happened recently, and it seems that Viktor was exhausted. On Thursday, April 30, he gave his followers the opportunity to ask him questions on the social network, but immediately informed them that he would get the answers in a few days. “I’m collecting questions, ask anything, the answers will probably come at the end of the weekend.
