A huge fire in Czech Switzerland cannot be tamed: Our neighbors called the Slovak firefighters for help

A team of Slovak firefighters went on Monday to help the Czech Switzerland National Park in the Czech Republicwhere there is an extensive forest fire. The Fire and Rescue Service (HaZZ) informs about it on the social network.

The fire in the Czech national park was caused by a long-term drought. “The fire spread to difficult-to-reach terrain, which greatly complicates its liquidation,” HaZZ claims. The Czech Republic has officially requested the posting through the CECIS information system a support team of GFFF-V members who will engage in aerial firefighting.
