Milan/Frankfurt – Unicredit wants to expand its influence on Commerzbank and, as announced, has made its purchase offer for all shares in the DAX group official. Unicredit, which already controls almost 30 percent of Commerzbank’s shares, wants to secure additional shares by the end of June 16th. The offer can be extended until July 3rd.
