It is during sleep that sweat, dirt and other impurities accumulate on the mattress, which undoubtedly negatively affects the quality of sleep. A home way to quickly refresh your mattress
It is worth refreshing the mattress at least once a month, and it is best to do it every time you change the bedding. Of course, if it has a removable cover, you can simply remove it and wash it in the washing machine or take it to the laundry. A faster way to wash a mattress at home is to use a steam cleaner. It will clean the mattress deeply, eliminating dust mites and other germs without leaving it wet. However, if we do not have such equipment, there is another, natural way. This treatment is performed dry, so there is no need to worry about the drying time of the cover. To do this, prepare scented baking soda. Mix baking soda with 20 drops of your favorite essential oil to scent it. Then place the mixture in a hand strainer and sprinkle evenly over the entire mattress. Leave for a few hours and then vacuum thoroughly using the cross-flow method.
