Husband and wife Laura and Massimo Arcolino are rightfully among the world’s dance elite. In the discipline of Latin-American dances, they reached the very top and today they belong to the absolute top. His rich experience at the moment Laura takes advantage in the special eleventh series of the Let’s Dance show, where she sat on the prestigious judge’s chair.
In the ninth round, the world champions took care of a dance performancee, which took the breath away not only of the guests in Bratislava’s Incheba, but also of thousands of viewers on TV screens. On the dance floor, they performed an exciting exhibition in which several dance styles were intermingled.
After unceasing applause, Arcolinová revealed the behind-the-scenes of their professional life. They are currently concentrating all their energy to the most prestigious competition of the year in Blackpool, England. However, such a challenge requires uncompromising discipline. According to her, their preparation takes place in the form of two-phase trainings, which usually last up to four hours a day.
The jury did not hide its great enthusiasm, while the biggest emotions were expressed by Tatiana Drexler. The experienced dance instructor, choreographer and judge had a hard time suppressing the tears that welled up in her eyes. “I am completely moved, I included Laura in my heart a long time ago and I never want to let her out of my heart.” she confessed in front of the cameras.
She then continued with words full of appreciation. “Whoever has experienced it knows how hard it is to be a world champion. And I am so proud of her, so proud that she fulfilled all, but all my dreams” she concluded her emotional evaluation, which pleased Laura herself, as they both share a great passion for dance.
