The State of São Paulo registered, in 2026, the of the last 25 years, according to the . The results are attributed to actions that combine innovation, technology, data intelligence and integration between security forces.
The number of intentional homicides, for example, fell 11.3% when comparing the first two months of 2025 with the same period in 2026. It went from 416 cases to 369 cases. Thefts in São Paulo decreased by 21.4%, on the same comparative basis, from 30,180 to 23,719 occurrences.

The program is one of the initiatives that contributed to the results. Around 125 thousand cameras connected to sensors and monitoring systems operate in 228 municipalities, in an integrated manner. Data analysis helps police investigations to respond more quickly to the population.
The structure implemented by the State also combats the financial scheme of organized crime, through in which Confiscated amounts are invested in public security. Around R$120 million in assets were recovered, and the loss caused to criminals is R$3.2 billion.
