Meat allergies are still little known. On the one hand, immune reactions to red meat from mammals and white meat from poultry are not among the most common food allergies – unlike reactions to fish, crustaceans and molluscs, cow’s milk, eggs, grains, peanuts and tree nuts, soy and nuts.
