Jerusalem – Israel’s parliament late Monday passed a law establishing a military tribunal to try hundreds of Palestinian fighters for their participation in the Oct. 7, 2023, attack. The move will help heal the national trauma, MPs said. The new law was approved by a wide majority of 93 of the 120 members of the Knesset. It was introduced by MPs from both the ruling coalition and the opposition.
