Comedian said he was filled with “pride” at the disapproval of deputies; text quotes speeches about Bolsonaro
The comedian published a video, this Thursday (May 14, 2026), mocking the approval of the project that declared it “persona non grata” in Rio de Janeiro, by the Constitution and Justice Commission of (Legislative Assembly of the State of Rio de Janeiro). “Deputy upset with me, it’s something that fills my chest with pride”said in the post on his official Instagram profile.
On Tuesday (May 13), the Commission approved the presented by state deputy (PL-RJ). The text will be analyzed in plenary, with no set date.
The actor was ironic about the fact that they were discussing the topic. “[…] All the deputies who could be debating public security in Rio. Who will be the governor? That there is no governor, that I saw now. They could be after the militia, trying to bring basic sanitation to the communities, but they are thinking of me”he stated.
Porchat cited other names linked to Rio de Janeiro politics and said that “not everyone can beat their chest and say they are persona non grata for Alerj”. “Flordelis, it’s not. The Brazão Brothers, who commanded the militia, even had Marielle killed, they’re not. Fabrício Queiroz, who is a dear, who is missing now, isn’t either”he declared.
The comedian made an ironic appeal to deputies before the plenary vote: “Here is my appeal, please think carefully, give me this chance”.

The project references Porchat statements critical of the former president (PL). “The mockery expressed by the aforementioned comedian, in a mocking tone, not only affects the honor of the former president and his supporters, but also disregards the liturgy of the office and the democratic values that sustain the nation”states the text.
