The president of the Chamber of Deputies, Hugo Motta (Republicanos-PB), stated that he plans to move forward with the bill regulating specific economic sectors in conjunction with the proposed amendment to the Constitution that puts an end to the 6×1 scale. The statements were made this Tuesday afternoon (19) to the press, upon arriving at the meeting with party leaders in the Chamber.
“Nothing has been finalized yet. We will debate to try to ensure that the two proposals, both the PEC and the regulations, can move forward together”, Motta told journalists.
The president of the Chamber also stated that he intends to meet late this Tuesday afternoon with the PEC rapporteur on the 6×1 scale, deputy Leo Prates (Republicanos-BA).
