Vox Brasil’s survey was carried out after the case of the audio of Flávio Bolsonaro asking for money from Daniel Vorcaro broke out
Survey released by Vox Brasil this Wednesday (May 20, 2026) shows that the president (PT) is ahead of the senator and PL pre-candidate for President, in a possible 2nd round dispute. The PT member has 46.8% of voting intentions, against 38.1% for the congressman.
The study released by Vox Brasil is the 2nd national survey carried out after asking Daniel Vorcaro for money.
The conversation came to light on May 13, in a report by the digital newspaper . In a published conversationdated early 2025, the congressman negotiated the payment of US$24 million with Vorcaro. The amount would be used to finance the film “Dark Horse”, which portrays the trajectory of former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL).

Just like in the Vox Brasil survey, AtlasIntel shows that Flávio melted after the disclosure of his relationship with the founder of Banco Master.
According to AtlasIntel research, Flávio’s candidacy is considered “very weakened” byin light of developments involving Banco Master. Another 15% declare that the case did not affect their candidacy. For 51.7% of participants, the Flávio’s direct involvement in the case.

Vox Brasil interviewed 2,100 people across the country from May 17 to 19, 2026. The margin of error is 2.15 percentage points, plus or minus. The confidence level of the survey is 95%. It is registered with the TSE (Superior Electoral Court) under number BR-02416/2026. The study cost R$50,000 and was paid for with its own resources.

On Saturday (May 16, 2026), the Christian Democracy party proposed the pre-candidacy of former STF minister Joaquim Barbosa for the Presidency in place of Aldo Rebelo. As the survey was registered previously and started the field on May 17, the stimulated list still collected voting intentions under the name of Rebelo.
