Ex-ORF employees, representatives of the Concordia press club, Reporters Without Borders and the Aufstehn association called for an ORF election free of party political interests on Thursday evening on Ballhausplatz in Vienna in front of the Federal Chancellery. In front of the around 100 to 200 rally participants present, they called for ORF committee reform to enable more independence and recalled the ORF’s important function for democracy.
