Podcast participant says he will take legal action after sexual comment from another member of the program
A debate between women who identify as “witches” e “Christians”shown on Saturday (May 23, 2026), ended in insults and reports of harassment after a sexual comment from one of the participants. The case took place on the podcast RedCastduring the frame “Counterpoint”which promotes discussions between people with divergent ideological views.
One of the participants, called Savani, stated that “suck” another, Eduarda.
The questions revolved around female sexual freedom. The group members “feminist witches”, Savani and Lady Satã, stated that women must be “owner of your body” and that sexual energy is something natural. Now the “submissive Christians”, Eduarda and Lauane, said they defended a biblical devotion to their husband and the preservation of the body as “temple of the Holy Spirit”.
Here is the discussion in full:
Savani’s comment interrupted the debate. The Christian participant stood up and threatened to leave the program, but withdrew, stating that she would leave if what she called “lack of respect” if repeated.
Later in the debate, Savani resumes his comment and says that he told Eduarda what “faria” with her. She asks if calling a woman “hot” or saying that she is beautiful constitutes harassment, stating that, to her, this is “extremely natural” and not “debauchery”.
HARASSMENT REPORT
After the video was released, Eduarda stated on her social networks that she had suffered sexual harassment. The participant criticized what she called “double standards of society”.
According to Eduarda, if the comment had been made by a man, the rejection would have been immediate. “As the harasser at the time was a woman and a left-wing woman, apparently she has a free pass”said in X.
Eduarda stated that she is adopting the appropriate legal measures.

The question that remains is: what if it were a man?
