According to the foundation, the first phase will take place on November 1st and the second should take place on December 6th and 7th.
A Fuvest announced this Wednesday (27) the full schedule of the 2027 entrance exam. The official calendar of the selection process that gives access to courses at the University of São Paulo (USP) can now be checked by entrance candidates.
Among the main dates are the registration periodas exemption request steps e rate reduction and the days of completion of the 1st and 2nd Phase of the tests.
According to the foundation, the schedule was updated after adjustments made due to the definition of the dates for the National High School Exam (Enem) 2026, seeking to avoid overlap between the main entrance exams in the country.
On Friday (22), in a joint note, Fuvest and Vunesp announced changes to the dates of the 2027 entrance exams at USP and Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp).
Initially scheduled for November 15th, the first phase test from Fuvest was brought forward to November 1st. I and second phase will be applied to December 6th and 7thinstead of December 13th and 14th.
Complete Fuvest 2027 entrance exam schedule
– May 11 to July 10, 2026: Period for requesting exemption or reduction of the registration fee;
– August 3, 2026: Disclosure of the Careers and Courses Guide;
– August 10, 2026: Disclosure of the Journey Guide;
– August 17, 2026: Disclosure of the Test Guide;
– August 17 to October 9, 2026: Registration period for the 2027 Entrance Exam and for requesting specific resources;
– October 21, 2026: Disclosure of the 1st Phase test locations;
– November 1, 2026: Completion of the 1st Phase;
– November 23, 2026: Publication of the list of candidates for the 2nd Phase and the test locations;
– December 6th and 7th, 2026: Completion of the 2nd Phase;
– December 8 to 11, 2026: Carrying out Specific Skills Tests (Music, Performing Arts and Visual Arts);
– January 26, 2027: Disclosure of the 1st Call;
According to Fuvest, the 1st Phase test will have 80 multiple choice questionsinstead of the traditional 90, but maintaining the same application time.
Unesp entrance exam
A first phase of the Unesp entrance exam went from 1st to November 22while the second phase will occur on the days December 13th and 14thinstead of December 6th and 7th.
“The joint definition of dates seeks to avoid overlaps between the main selection processes in the country and guarantee better organizational conditions for candidates and institutions responsible for entrance exams”, stated Fuvest and Vunesp, at the time, in a joint note.
It is worth remembering that the registration for the Unesp entrance exam will occur from September 4th to October 8th.
