It is set to be one of the biggest reforms in the police service in 50 years; The Ministry of the Interior has announced that the police profession will be more family-friendly and easier to plan. Or – as formulated in the current government program: “A new, attractive salary and length of service model strengthens competitiveness and increases employee loyalty.”
