The Social Democratic Women (MSD) of Portimão will promote, next Saturday, May 30th, an initiative dedicated to Japanese gastronomy and culture, through a sushi cooking show guided by chef Miguel Lima.
The event takes place at 11:30 am, at Rua do Colégio, no. 10, 1st floor, in Portimão, giving participants the opportunity to prepare different varieties of sushi.
According to the organization, the initiative will also allow learning “basic techniques of this culinary art” and better understand “the cultural elements associated with Japanese tradition”.
They explain that the activity is part of the diversification strategy of initiatives promoted by the local structure, focusing on innovative experiences that encourage coexistence, learning and cultural enrichment.
