But the website is not merely informative—or propaganda—it also invites American citizens to report migrants by contacting ICE. And they even ironize those who see a racist strategy contrary to human rights in this policy of total harassment of migrants—the same one that affects even those who are Americans or have regularized their situation in their daily routine.
