The company Crystal positioned herself after Anvisa (National Health Surveillance Agency) determineon the morning of this Wednesday (3), the collection volunteer of products from batch LZ1 VAL200127 3 P 200126 of the brand’s Mineral Water. The measure falls on the product in the line “without gas”.
In a statement, the company states that “since notification, analyzes have been carried out on more than 300 samples in the process and products, all with negative results for any microorganisms indicating contamination.”
Furthermore, he indicated that there is no indication that the specific batch is still available on the market.
Another point raised by the company is that consumers who have water Mineral Crystal Natural 500 ml without gas should get in touch with the Customer Service (SAC) for guidance on replacement or refund.
According to the position, the person responsible for bottling the indicated batch is Mineração Bom Jesus (MBJ), which informs that the preventive collection process is already in the finalization phase.

“Mineração Bom Jesus (MBJ) informs that it is finalizing the preventive and voluntary recall of a specific batch of Natural Crystal Mineral Water 500 ml still.
The batch, bottled in January, has restricted distribution and was sold only in the Federal District, in specific municipalities in Tocantins (Arraias, Combinado and Novo Alegre), Goiás (Águas Lindas de Goiás, Luziânia, Novo Gama, Valparaíso de Goiás, Cidade Oeste, Santo Antônio do Descoberto, Planaltina de Goiás and Cristalina, Formosa, Campos Belos, Alexânia, Abadiânia and Catalão) and in the cities of Sorocaba, Itapetininga, Itu, São Roque and Tatuí (SP).
During an inspection by the Health Surveillance, in March, at a specific point of sale located in the Federal District, the presence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was identified in a sample collected. Since notification, analyzes have been carried out on more than 300 samples in the process and products, all with negative results for any microorganisms indicating contamination. Considering the high turnover of the product at points of sale, there is no indication that this batch is still available on the market.

The manufacturing unit remains operating normally and strictly complies with the highest quality and safety standards, with certified processes, continuous monitoring and full compliance with current legislation.
