The investigative chamber of the Court of Appeal of Paris has authorized this Wednesday the surrender to Spain of the historic ETA leader by a European order issued by the National Court for his alleged responsibility as a leader of ETA between 2002 and 2019. The surrender to Spain remains in any case pending the resolution of the last open Veal case in France. He was tried in April and the sentence will be pronounced on July 2.
