The Directorate for the Repression of Corruption and Organized Crime of the Civil Police (DRACCO) of Alagoas arrested this Wednesday, 3rd, the influencer and pre-candidate for federal deputy Patrick de Almeida Silva, known as “PTK”.
He is suspected of having been chosen by a head of Comando Vermelho (CV) to run for the position of councilor in Maceió in the 2024 elections. The candidacy ended up vetoed at the time by the then “PTK” party, Solidariedade.
The report seeks contact with the defense of “PTK”, which presents itself on social media as the “face of the communities” and uses the motto “respect the motorcycle couriers” as a pre-campaign slogan. He currently has 186 thousand followers on Instagram and is affiliated with the Brazilian Democratic Movement (MDB).
The influencer was the target of Operation Morro do Alemão, which carried out 51 arrest and search and seizure warrants against members of the Red Command in Maceió and Marechal Deodoro, Alagoas, and in Rio de Janeiro.
As of Wednesday morning, nine people had been arrested, according to the Alagoas Public Security Secretariat.
According to investigations, “PTK” would have been nominated by José Emerson da Silva, known as “Nem Catenga”, identified as one of the most wanted drug dealers in Alagoas and identified as the leader of Comando Vermelho in the State, to represent the faction in the Maceió City Council.

The warrants were issued by the 17th Criminal Court of the Capital, “based on technical evidence gathered throughout the investigation”.
The operation also had support from the Rio de Janeiro Civil Police, through SSINTE/Sepol, within the scope of Projeto Captura, a task force of the Ministry of Justice, aimed at supporting the arrest of fugitive criminals in Rio de Janeiro.
