With revenue of R$400 million, Skyone acquires ADD IT in the biggest deal in its history

The cloud company Skyone announced this Monday (8) the purchase of the private cloud company ADD IT, dedicated to small and medium-sized companies. It is the first deal closed by the company since its last investment round led by Advent International.

This is the largest transaction ever carried out by Skyone, which closed 2025 with revenue of R$400 million and projected growth of 50% for this year. Headquartered in São Paulo, ADD IR operates some of the main Tier III data centers, with high service availability, in Brazil.

“This acquisition marks the beginning of a new phase in which we combine organic growth, ecosystem expansion and strategic acquisitions. ADD IT has a solid trajectory, a relevant customer base and high technical recognition in private cloud”, says Skyone’s co-founder and CEO, Ricardo Brandão. “It is exactly the type of company we are looking for at this stage: specialized, close to customers and with the potential to gain scale within our ecosystem.”

With revenue of R$400 million, Skyone acquires ADD IT in the biggest deal in its history

Skyone offers cloud, data, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity services. For her, the acquisition serves as cross-selling opportunities for ADD IT’s base, especially in the lines of AI and cybersecurity. The company invests in Skyone Studio, a proprietary platform for application integration, data organization and development of agents connected to customer systems and information.

For the company, the transaction also reinforces the consolidation strategy with a focus on companies specialized in managing and supporting environments in public, private or hybrid clouds. In another line, the company evaluates opportunities in products adjacent to its current offering connected to customers’ modernization journey.

In December 2025, Skyone received an investment from Skyone in a Series C round with no disclosed value that would aim to expand M&As: “We see an important window to accelerate this strategy this year and next,” says Skyone’s director of M&A and Investor Relations, Bruno Salari.
