Brazil’s uniform is the 2nd most beautiful of the World Cup, says website

“The Athletic” ranking places Ghana’s shirt in 1st place due to inspiration from traditional fabric

The North American website The Athletic this Monday (June 8, 2026) elected the Brazilian team member as the 2nd most beautiful in the world. The publication analyzed the models of the 48 teams and praised Brazil’s return to classic design. In the site’s opinion, the yellow jersey is only surpassed by Ghana’s. England (3rd), Germany (4th) and Morocco (5th) complete the top 5.

“It’s very good. It’s almost impossible to ruin the Brazil shirt, although Nike tried 4 years ago, but this is a tremendous return”, says the The Athletic.

For the reporting team, the 2026 jersey reminds designs different from Brazil, such as the 2004 Copa América uniform, “with the collar and green details on the arms”.
