In the Zaporozhye region, two women were killed and 18 people were injured, including four children between the ages of five and 12, the local governor, Ivan Fedorov, said.
Attacks in the Sumy and Dnepropetrovsk regions
According to Governor Oleh Hryhorov, the Russian attack in the Sumy Region killed a 71-year-old man who was riding a bicycle at the time.
Another Russian attack targeted an apartment building, a bank and a shop in the city of Nikopol in the Dnepropetrovsk region, killing one person and injuring four others, according to local governor Oleksandr Hanža.
Other areas under fire
At least seven people were injured in attacks by Sloviansk in the Donetsk region. The representatives of the Odesa region report three more injured.
In recent months, Russia has stepped up its daily attacks on Ukraine, which has responded with drone strikes inside Russia, which it says are targeting military and energy facilities.
