Copenhagen – After stepping down as head chef in March, René Redzepi is returning to the Danish top restaurant Noma in a new role. When the gourmet temple reopens permanently in Copenhagen in August, Redzepi will be given the title of creative director, the Danish newspaper reported The stock exchange on Thursday.
