Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, said this Friday (12) that an agreement between his country and the United States to end the war in the Middle East “has never been so close”.
“Islamabad’s memorandum of understanding has never been closer. While we await its conclusion, the press should refrain from speculating on its contents” and “all details” will be communicated “in due course,” Araghchi wrote in X.
Shortly before, the President of the United States, Donald Trump, accused Iran of publishing a false version of the peace plan with terms that “have nothing to do” with what was agreed “in writing”.
