Now it is almost certain: the number of personnel in the judiciary should remain at a stable level in the next two years. But while Justice Minister Anna Sporrer (SPÖ) is pleased that there are no cuts in the current double budget, the “stable level” is a massive problem from the perspective of justice representatives – they have been calling for an increase for years.
