Which media people will we still hear from in 2025? This can easily be predicted about the chief conductor of a busy world orchestra from Vienna. But the Radio Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Marin Alsop, does not make a name for itself through its performances and quality alone. The RSO is in trouble again – as is usually the case when a government plans cuts to the ORF and its income. And the ÖVP is doing this very emphatically in the government negotiations with the SPÖ and Neos.
