O lateral Danilo Luiz dismissed the rumor that the attacker Endrick would be excluded from the Brazilian team. In an interview with journalists, on Wednesday (17), the number 13 praised his teammate.
“Endrick is a very important player, he is a rare jewel that we have in Brazilian football. [Ele] He has great leg power and decision-making power,” said Danilo.
The player also said he was impressed with the bids of the attacker. Thus, the expectation, according to Danilo, is that Endrick “have the greatest possible role in the Brazilian team”.
A veteran of the Canarian team, the full-back reported that he and other players who competed in past editions of the World Cup do “whatever they can” so that the newcomers feel important in the Brazilian team.
Regarding why Endrick didn’t enter, Danilo said not knowing what motivated coach Carlo Ancelotti leaving the attacker on the bench.
