Vienna – After last year’s losses, the current “QS University Ranking”, which was published on Thursday, has improved again for almost all Austrian universities represented. The University of Vienna is still by far the best-ranked domestic university in 140th place (previous year: 152), ahead of the Vienna University of Technology (TU) in 191st place (previous year: 197). This time six universities from Austria ended up in the top 500. US and British institutions continue to be at the top.
