The PF (Federal Police) launched, this Thursday morning (18), the 9th new phase of the Compliance Zero operation, which combats the issuance of false credit titles by institutions that are part of the SFN (National Financial System).
18 search and seizure warrants are being executed, issued by the STF (Supreme Federal Court), in the states of Bahia, São Paulo and the Federal District.
According to the PF, the objective of the new stage is to investigate the alleged participation of a public agent in a scheme of financial irregularities.
The crimes of passive corruption, active corruption and money laundering are investigated.
