Four days after the fatal shooting of an exiled Russian artist and government critic, Polish police have caught the perpetrator. It is still being investigated whether someone helped the suspect plan the crime or escape, said the police spokesman for the Lublin Voivodeship (region). “But at the moment everything indicates that the man acted alone to carry out this attack,” said spokesman Andrzej Fijolek.
