The yellow-green V label will celebrate its 30th birthday in 2026 and can look back on a success story. What began as a small project in Switzerland in 1996 is now the best-known international seal of quality for vegan and vegetarian products and services. In Austria, the V label has been with us since 2002 and has long since become a familiar symbol in the supermarket for many consumers.
