There were “numerous professionally, financially and legally qualified applicants” for the 1,646 municipal apartments that are to be sold in Wiener Neustadt. The city announced this in a broadcast on Friday. As reported, the city has been looking for buyers for the residential units, some of which are in dire need of renovation, with the help of the real estate service provider CBRE over the past few months.
