The pre-candidate for president () and the governor of , (Republicans), will be together this Tuesday (23) in the city of Presidente Prudente (SP).
It will be their second joint appearance in four days – the first took place on Saturday (20) in Guarulhos,
Members of Flávio’s campaign say this proves that the governor is committed to the senator’s presidential candidacy.
When the son of former president Jair Bolsonaro was announced as chosen for the dispute, at the end of last year, there were fears among Bolsonaro supporters that Tarcísio, having been passed over, would not effectively support the project.
Flávio and Tarcísio are expected to participate in two events: in the afternoon, they will be at the International Meat Production Chain Fair (Feicorte). Afterwards, at 6pm, they will go to a regional right-wing meeting on a university campus.
The two pre-candidates for the Senate on Tarcísio’s ticket must also be present: in addition to Prado, the former Secretary of Security Guilherme Derrite (PP), among other Bolsonarist leaders.
