The Argentine National Team’s profile showed the cake specially prepared for Messi and also revealed that all the players and the president of the AFA, Chiqui Tapia, wore shirts printed with photos of them alongside the star.
This anniversary comes at a landmark moment for the Argentine. A few days earlier, Messi made history once again by becoming the top scorer at the World Cups, reaching the 18-goal mark and continuing to expand his personal record.
