The starting signal was given a year ago, but time is still running out. Before the summer holidays, i.e. this week, the government and federal states want to present the results of the reform partnership that has been announced. Until the end, however, crucial questions seemed to remain unanswered. These must be clarified at the latest during the round of negotiations on Tuesday.
