The residence, built in 1937, has 480 m² and has four suites, pool and elevator. The property underwent renovations to recreate the Paiva family home in the 1970s, as the original residence of Rubens Paiva’s family in Leblon no longer exists. The amount requested by the owners is $ 14 million.
