The SP (Brazilian Bar Association) of São Paulo will discuss the legal regulation of social networks and digital platforms at a public hearing on March 26.
“With decisions being made at the National Congress and the Federal Supreme Court, the contribution of the legal class can help build a balanced regulatory model that protects fundamental rights without making innovation and development of the sector unfeasible,” says OAB São Paulo President Leonardo Sica.
The event, at the headquarters of the entity in São Paulo, should bring together experts from the technological, government, jurists and representatives of civil society. Admission is free and registration is open.
