Jim Hopper from , made the main auditorium of D23 Brasil stand up when he entered the stage. Promoting “Thunderbolts”, the film in which he plays Alexei Shostako, he said that he asked to come to Brazil. “I will impose on Kevin [Feige] to come to Brazil this year. For ten years, on my social networks, since I was introduced to the fans, you told me to come to Brazil, and I had to come with ‘Thunderbolts’”, he said.

Regarding the new Marvel production, Harbor told us a little about the nature of the film. “He talks a lot about vulnerabilities. There’s something in this film, in terms of superpowers and superheroes, that shows that our superpowers lie in how ‘broken’ we are. As if our superpowers came from our relationships”, he stated. About his character, Alexei, the actor shared some details. “He is a very special character, he is very confident and, at the same time, he is aware that he is not that good at some things.”

The film features the return of other characters from the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), such as Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan), Red Guardian (David Harbour), John Walker (Wyatt Russell), Taskmaster (Olga Kurylenko), Ghost (Hannah John -Kamen) and Valentina Allegra de Fontaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus), as well as some new faces. The film premieres in 2025.
