Fortunately, there are steps you can take to protect your right to free access to your property. How to defend yourself and what are your options?

If you often encounter the above problem, there is no need to put up with it. There are several legal ways to defend your right to free access to your property. Try to resolve the issue out of court first, but if that doesn’t help, don’t hesitate to seek legal help. What are your rights?
Property right
As a property owner, you have the right to unhindered access to your property. If someone else’s vehicle blocks your entrance or exit, it is a violation of your property right.
Act on land transport
