A man stole from a Bratislava food store on Ružinovská street and then committed a riot. The police measured 2.02 per thousand in his breath. Bratislava regional police spokeswoman Silvia Šimková informed TASR about this.
The theft happened on Saturday (November 9) evening. “After arriving at the place, a worker of the private security service informed the police patrol that he was unknown a man who should have stolen several types of goods from the store together with alcohol, after a mutual physical fight, he fled in the direction of Astronomická Street,” explained Šimková.
The police patrol observed the man fleeing and subjected him to a check. She discovered that a 30-year-old man wanted to go through the cash registers without paying. A security service worker, with whom he got into a fight, wanted to prevent him from doing that. “The 30-year-old man was restricted in his personal freedom by the patrol of the emergency motorized unit and escorted to the relevant police department in order to perform other necessary actions,” the spokeswoman said.
He claims that the police officers of the District Directorate of the Police Department in Bratislava II are currently dealing with the inference of criminal liability against the man.
